K9
When Talking to other officers they told me how we have a car that says "K9" on it but our K9 division is very young. It has been brought to the attention of the Chapman administration and will be fixed!
New Fleet!
New vehicle skins which I have already started on. Many have stated how unattractive the sheriff skins on the vehicles are. I agree with them. Therefore with the direction of my Staff Sergeant and director Todd came up with a different look for our vehicles.
IF YOU WANT THE RANK YOU MUST EARN IT!
Currently in other departments in Coast to Coast Justice members aren't having to fully earn their positions. Here at LASD I will make sure of that IF you work hard and prove yourself, you will get the promotion.
Detectives
Detective are a huge part of policing and the Sheriffs Office has not been utilizing them. Under the Chapman administration, rebuild of the detective program has begun and will continue.
Traffic Division
Over the past 4 months the Los Santos Sheriffs Department Traffic unit was shut down because the DOD have limited the cars and peds each department is allowed to get. The Chapman administration will try its hardest to re=open the division, and have it fully functional.
Employee of the month
Sheriff Chapman has came up with the idea of "Employee of the month". The employee of the month will be able to use every car that the Sheriffs office has access to. The employee of the month is chosen each month by the Sheriff and Undersheriff. The employee of the month will also be given a pay upgrade for the month! (Note you may not be the employee of the month 2 months in a row!)
Sheriff's Emergency Response Team
Sheriff Chapman has spoke to his command and has heard that they are wanting to improve the Sheriff's Emergency Response Team (SERT For Short). Sheriff Chapman has already been on top of this and has been working with other departments on merging SWAT teams. The SERT team will contain only the best from our department. Our SOPS will be detailed, accurate, and created using former SWAT experience within the department.
Cracking Down On Criminals
The Chapman administration believes in giving back to those who focus and crack down on major criminals. We will be delivering bonuses to those deputies who assisted in a major arrest of a major criminal related to the mob or gang.
